Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed early in the day may, in some cases, be processed within 24 hours and dispatched the following business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Within Jamaica

We currently ship island-wide throughout Jamaica using trusted delivery and courier partners, including:

  • Knutsford Express
  • Zipmail
  • Independent local courier partners
  • Authorized personal delivery representatives

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Kingston & St. Andrew: 1–3 business days
  • Other parishes: 2–5 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery on orders valued at JMD $10,000 or more within designated service areas.

Orders that do not qualify for free delivery will be subject to the applicable delivery fee, which will be calculated at checkout or communicated before shipment.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders.

Customers selecting the local pickup option will be contacted once their order is ready for collection. Pickup instructions and available collection times will be provided at that time.

Valid identification may be required upon collection.

International Shipping

We are currently working to expand our services to offer international shipping in the near future.

At this time, orders can only be shipped within Jamaica.

Once international shipping becomes available, updated shipping rates, delivery times, customs information, and eligible destinations will be published on our website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Live Simply Organic is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional delivery fees, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Some local delivery methods may not include tracking services. In such cases, customers will receive delivery updates directly from the courier or delivery representative where applicable.

Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Other unforeseen events

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier service to investigate the matter.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Clear photographs of the original packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Items must remain in their original condition and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or store credit.

Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in the quality of our skincare, wellness, and spa products. However, if you receive a damaged item, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • The item remains in its original packaging
  • The product has not been significantly used or altered
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item is approved for return following review

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products may not qualify for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Live Simply Organic does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be eligible for:

  • Store credit; or
  • Exchange for another product of equal value

Store credit may be used toward future purchases and will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Right to Refuse Returns

Live Simply Organic reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or store credit request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
